She is a Certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator and a Certified Achieve Global facilitator for front line supervisory training. She is also a certified six sigma Black Belt. Renee has facilitated LEGO Serious Play for many organizations and individuals. She has been featured in BrickJournal for the success of “Womenbuild” using LEGO Serious Play for Microsoft. Renee holds a bachelor’s degree from Ashland University and has her MBA from the University of Phoenix

In 2007 with a successful career in human resources, Renee choose to expand her human resources experience by pursuing an entrepreneurial venture with athlete’s career management. She had noticed a gap between the roles of player agents and league resources when it came to career management services after the player has fulfilled their contract.
It is easy for rookies and veterans alike to fall through the cracks. Renee used vision and determination to open an office where players could find individually tailored career assistance at any stage of their career. Recognized for her ability to organize and execute in diverse areas in both public and private sectors.
She has a Masters degree in Business Management and has been a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) for the last 15 years. Member of the Kalamazoo Human Resource Association. Hospitality Chair for the SHRM State Conference 2002, 2007 & 2013. A Certified LEGO Serious Play Facilitator and has her Black Belt in Six Sigma.
